Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on public company reporting obligations, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Provide legal counsel on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
- Draft and review key legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, registration statements, and periodic filings for securities offerings.
- Lead and manage due diligence teams for capital markets transactions, coordinating with specialists to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
