Location:

Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on case progress.
• Work on a variety of litigation matters, including transportation, premises liability, employment, and professional liability cases.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and drafting.
• Strong oral advocacy skills for court appearances.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
