Job Overview: A law firm in Florham Park, NJ, seeks a dedicated and experienced Professional Liability and Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a background in handling professional liability and complex commercial cases.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Conducted legal research and provided legal analysis for complex commercial and professional liability matters.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience specifically in professional liability or complex commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in trial advocacy, including depositions, motions practice, and orders to show cause.
• Membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
