A law firm is seeking a Mid To Senior-Level Gaming Associate Attorney for their Trenton, NJ, office.

Job Overview:

The Gaming Associate Attorney will primarily support litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients. This includes handling consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, and state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to gaming industry clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on gaming laws and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex gaming law matters.
  • Stay updated on developments in gaming law and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience practicing law, preferably in gaming law.
  • Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
  • Strong understanding of gaming laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation and regulatory matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • New Jersey Bar admission.
