Duties:

  • Conduct thorough investigations related to complex RICO and fraud litigation cases.
  • Oversee the discovery process, including the management of document review and production.
  • Perform detailed legal research and drafting to support litigation efforts.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather necessary information and evidence.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to case planning and execution.
  • Provide updates and reports to clients and senior attorneys regarding case progress.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on complex business litigation.
  • Experience handling large-scale RICO and fraud cases is highly preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills:
