Duties:
- Handle residential and commercial real estate closings, from initial stages to post-closing.
- Manage diverse real estate matters, including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions.
- Title insurance reviews and preparation.
- Land use, development, and zoning matters.
- Lender transactions, private transactions, foreclosures, and refinances.
- Provide strategic legal advice and solutions to clients in real estate-related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage real estate matters.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain a license to practice law in West Virginia if not already licensed.
- Ability to pass required background screening, including criminal checks.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
