Job Overview:

A law firm based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance Attorney with a robust background in commercial finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in diverse loan transactions. The role requires a blend of expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in top-tier environments.

Duties:

• Represent borrowers and lenders in acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, mezzanine financings, and inter-creditor agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for various finance deals.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance transactions.
• Proven experience in representing both borrowers and lenders.
• Strong background in handling complex loan transactions and financial agreements.

Education:

• JD from a top-tier law school.

Certifications:

• NC Bar admission preferred.

Skills:
