Duties

• Oversee the pre-litigation process for assigned cases, from intake to settlement
• Manage a pre-litigation caseload and supervise pre-litigation assistants
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases and analyze fact patterns
• Conduct medical case reviews and ensure clients receive necessary medical treatment
• Communicate with clients regarding their claims and treatment plans
• Handle client inquiries and manage expectations
• Negotiate settlements effectively

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury law is required
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a demanding caseload
• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and pre-litigation settlement processes
• Professional and courteous demeanor with clients
• Spanish fluency is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree

Certifications

• Active state bar license
