Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Business Restructuring and Reorganization team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience and will be key in handling legal matters related to business restructuring and reorganization.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on matters related to business restructuring and reorganization.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
• Provide legal advice to clients on matters about business restructuring and reorganization.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in business restructuring and reorganization.
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy laws and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
