Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct real estate closings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service during closing ceremonies with clients.
  • Review and analyze title searches, recorded documents, trusts, estates, and corporate documents related to closings.
  • Advise clients on legal matters related to real estate transactions.
  • Handle any post-closing issues or follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the closing process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
  • 1+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with specific knowledge of the closing process in South Carolina.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
