• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide strategic advice on mergers and antitrust compliance matters.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on developments in antitrust law and regulatory changes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in antitrust-related matters.
• Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation or related legal fields, ideally within a law firm or government agency.
• Experience in the tech and life sciences sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex litigation cases and investigations.
• Proven track record of handling antitrust matters and advising on regulatory compliance.
• Superior academic credentials from a recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to become admitted in New York.
