Law Firm Seeks Health Care Transactional Associate (Attorney) in New York Experience Required: 3-6 years Salary Range: $250,000-$370,000 Position Level: Associate Department: Health Care Transactional & Regulatory Location: New York Job Req.#: 943 Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Health Care Transactional Associate to join our growing team in New York. Our Health Care practice is renowned for its integrated professional services approach and is ranked nationally in Chambers, with Band 1 and Band 2 rankings in New York and California. We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends, as well as 3-6 years of health care transactional experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the structuring and negotiation of health care transactions - Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues - Counsel clients on legal issues affecting the health care industry - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop creative solutions - Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the health care industry Experience and Qualifications: - 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience - Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholders - Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends - Strong health care regulatory background - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and excellent legal research and analytical skills - Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities - Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: At Manatt, we believe that a diverse workforce enriches our culture and enhances our ability to understand our clients' needs and develop impactful solutions.
