Position Overview
Law firm is looking for a senior associate or special counsel to join their Cyber/Data/Privacy (c/d/p) practice group in their New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies), and/or be well-versed in defending data privacy and security class actions (., Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, claims involving allegedly unfair and deceptive trade practices, and data breach class actions).Job Requirements
- At least seven years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies).

Compensation
The expected annual pay range for this position is $400,000 - $415,000+. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.Benefits
