Requirements:

• 3-4 years of bankruptcy litigation experience preferred.
• Completion of bankruptcy and secured credit courses in law school.
• Strong academic record.
• Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtaining one promptly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtaining one.
