Duties

• Advise clients on a wide array of business and employment law issues, including contracts, compliance, and labor relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and employment agreements to protect client interests.
• Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations regarding employment disputes and business issues.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that impact business practices and employment law.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-founded legal opinions.
• Provide training and recommendations to clients on best practices in employment law and compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the state bar with good standing.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business and employment law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the state bar.

Skills
