Job Overview:
A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney specializing in personal injury litigation. Location:

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in personal injury matters such as auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies for achieving optimal client outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Active membership in the California Bar, in good standing.
• Demonstrated success in personal injury cases.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to client advocacy and service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar membership (active and in good standing).

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, and motion practice.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage in effective settlement discussions.
