Duties:

• Manage substantive trademark issues, including prosecution and litigation matters.
• Oversee global portfolio management for clients.
• Provide legal advice on copyright matters, trade dress, and domain name issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop strategic solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with trademarks.
