Job Overview:

The Real Property Litigation Associate Attorney will represent clients in various real property disputes, provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advocate for clients' interests in court proceedings.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in real property litigation matters, including disputes related to title to real property, title insurance, and other issues in the real estate industry
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real property litigation issues
  • Conduct legal research to support client matters and stay current on relevant laws and regulations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients
  • Manage caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida
  • Prior experience in real property litigation is preferred
  • Strong academic credentials with demonstrated writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Commitment to providing excellent client service

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
