Job Description:
Duties:
- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate leases and related documents.
- Oversee and manage commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
- Provide legal advice on real estate investment and development projects.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, zoning issues, and environmental concerns.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and other attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Resolve real estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation if necessary.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
