Experience:
- At least 7-15 years of experience in employment law matters
- Prior employment litigation experience required, preferably on the management side
- Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with at least 7-15 years of experience in the field. Prior employment litigation experience is required, preferably on the management side, and candidates with employment counseling or in-house employment law experience are preferred.
