Experience:
- At least 7-15 years of experience in employment law matters
- Prior employment litigation experience required, preferably on the management side
- Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are currently seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with at least 7-15 years of experience in the field. Prior employment litigation experience is required, preferably on the management side, and candidates with employment counseling or in-house employment law experience are preferred.
