This role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and assisting senior attorneys with case management and trial preparation. Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of legal issues relevant to high-asset family law cases.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts, with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.
• Assist senior attorneys with case management, trial preparation, and strategic planning.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters, ensuring thorough and accurate counsel.
• Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Handle legal administrative tasks and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice, with a solid knowledge of civil procedure.

Education
