The ideal candidate will have over 4+ years of relevant experience in securities litigation and demonstrate superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills. The role involves handling complex securities litigation matters, providing expert legal counsel, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Represent clients in securities litigation cases, including handling discovery, depositions, and trials.
• Provide legal counsel on securities regulation and compliance issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop and execute legal strategies for complex securities disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on changes in securities laws and regulations.
• Manage case files and maintain detailed records of all proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in securities litigation.
• Superior academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of success.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Admission to the DC Bar or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia or eligible to sit for/waive into the next DC Bar exam.
