Duties:
- Advise public companies on securities regulation, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Provide counsel on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Draft and review SEC filings, including annual reports, proxy statements, and other disclosure documents.
- Assist clients with regulatory inquiries and internal governance processes.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on securities law issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement corporate governance strategies.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
- Strong academic background and credentials.
- Experience with advising public companies on disclosure requirements and governance practices.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
Education:

Certifications:
