Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including Adjustment of Status, Consular Petitions, and Waivers.
  • Prepare and file affirmative USCIS petitions.
  • Oversee consular processing and related immigration matters.
  • Collaborate with a bilingual support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall case strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active law license in Colorado or another . state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on USCIS petitions and consular processing.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License in Colorado or another . state (required).

Skills:

  • Expertise in immigration law, particularly USCIS petitions and consular processing.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
