Job Overview:

The Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney will represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of financial services litigation experience, possess strong writing and research skills, and be admitted to the New York Bar. The role requires handling multiple matters, both independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm and a proactive approach.

Duties:

• Represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters
• Handle class action litigation, if required
• Conduct depositions and oral arguments
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of financial services litigation experience
• Knowledge of representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters
• Experience with class action litigation is a plus
• Strong deposition and oral argument experience
• Enthusiastic work attitude and proactive approach
• Ability to handle multiple issues on an ongoing basis
• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York Bar

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
