This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while handling workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution. Duties:

  • Manage legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish.
  • Oversee all aspects of discovery and litigation.
  • Collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
  • Maintain proactive case management to ensure efficient and successful resolution of claims.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
  • Member of the State Bar of California.
  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to proactive case management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in negotiations and settlement strategies.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
