Duties
- Provide legal advice to healthcare providers on both transactional and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with complex healthcare laws and regulations.
- Represent a wide range of healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, outpatient facilities, medical providers, and investors in the healthcare industry.
- Engage in drafting, negotiating, and structuring contracts and agreements related to healthcare transactions.
- Work on regulatory issues affecting healthcare providers, including HIPAA compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address challenges related to competition, resource allocation, and evolving healthcare policies.
- Assist clients in navigating the intricate landscape of healthcare regulations and advise on business strategies.
- Research and analyze new laws, regulations, and policies affecting the healthcare sector.
- Maintain client relationships through consistent communication and quality legal advice.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in health law, focusing on healthcare regulations and transactions.
