  • Research, retrieve, and update client case files and relevant information.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally to represent the firm and help grow the business.
  • Attend in-person court hearings when required.

Requirements:

  • Active law license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy law.
  • Strong conflict resolution and time management skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
