Duties

• Support the litigation department by assisting with case preparation and legal research.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Participate in trial preparation and assist senior attorneys during court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on various litigation matters and contribute to team projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school.
• Experience or strong interest in litigation is preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York or eligibility for admission.
