We are currently seeking a Product Liability/Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Counsel for our virtual office, The Link, with a minimum of five years of experience. The ideal candidate will reside in Pennsylvania, hold an active Pennsylvania bar license, and have experience litigating in state and federal courts. Additional licensure in New Jersey or New York is preferred. This opportunity will primarily work with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all phases of civil litigation in commercial and product liability spaces. This includes mediation and/or arbitration, conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and engaging in discovery and substantive motion practice specific to Pennsylvania state and federal courts. The candidate should also possess excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Prior judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania state or federal court is a plus.
