This role involves representing clients in immigration cases, handling court hearings, and working closely with the immigration department on various legal advocacy issues. Location

Duties

  • Coordinate case and legal strategy for immigration litigation cases.
  • Manage multiple cases and adhere to all deadlines.
  • Prepare and revise court documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft written materials.
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and judicial case law related to immigration.
  • Market the firm’s services to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent clients during court hearings and trials.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing from any . state or Puerto Rico.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred).

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in good standing from any . jurisdiction.
