This role involves joining a team dedicated to handling complex IP litigation cases, including patents and trademarks, across federal courts nationwide and potentially before the PTAB. The attorney will be deeply involved in the various stages of litigation, contributing to a dynamic legal environment.
Duties
- Conduct written discovery and manage related processes.
- Draft and file compelling legal briefs.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses for case development.
- Participate in thorough trial preparation efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility for bar admission in Minnesota or ability to secure admission.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota.
