A law firm in Boise, ID, is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Shareholder Attorney with a minimum of 20 years of law firm experience in litigation. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the firm's litigation practice and should possess excellent academic credentials, a strong commitment to ethical legal practice, high motivation, and a tireless work ethic. While not mandatory, preference will be given to attorneys already living and practicing law in Boise. The candidate should have a substantial book of business, and it is required that they are a member of the Idaho Bar or willing to become a member. If not currently a member of the Idaho Bar, candidates must be a member of the Bar of another . state.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage complex litigation cases in various practice areas.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and oversee case preparation and trial proceedings.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys in the firm.
  • Build and maintain a substantial book of business.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and court procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality legal representation and ethical practice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in a law firm specializing in litigation.
  • Membership in the Idaho Bar or willingness to become a member of the Idaho Bar.
  • Alternatively, membership in the Bar of another . state if not currently a member of the Idaho Bar.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong commitment to ethical legal practice.
  • High motivation and a tireless work ethic.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership in the Idaho Bar or another . state Bar.
