Job Title: Litigation Counsel

Duties:
- Manage complex litigation cases, including commercial, regulatory, and employment disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Interview witnesses, conduct investigations, and handle discovery tasks.
- Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as first or second chair.
- Provide counsel to clients on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
- Advise on tort, contract, intellectual property, regulatory, commercial, and labor/employment issues.
- Develop innovative legal strategies to address business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably from a top-tier . law firm.
- Strong experience in litigation, including commercial, regulatory, and employment matters.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- California State Bar membership is required.
