Job Title: Litigation Counsel

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases, including commercial, regulatory, and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Interview witnesses, conduct investigations, and handle discovery tasks.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as first or second chair.
• Provide counsel to clients on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
• Advise on tort, contract, intellectual property, regulatory, commercial, and labor/employment issues.
• Develop innovative legal strategies to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably from a top-tier . law firm.
• Strong experience in litigation, including commercial, regulatory, and employment matters.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership is required.
