Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support in business transactions.
• Set up stock option plans for clients.
• Perform entity conversions in accordance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be Barred to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 1+ years of business transactional experience.
• Experience in setting up stock option plans, entity conversions, and leading financing rounds.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
