• Conduct legal research using resources like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in New Jersey Employment Law.
• Admission to the state bar association where practicing law is required.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation.
• Familiarity with Westlaw platforms.

Education

• Doctoral degree (Juris Doctor).

Certifications

• Valid Bar license (required).
