Duties:

• Handle fiduciary litigation cases involving estate and trust disputes.
• Manage estate administration matters from start to finish.
• Set litigation strategy, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, including handling depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Engage in creative problem-solving for complex legal issues.
• Maintain client relationships with sensitivity to the emotional nature of probate and estate cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective legal representation.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including strategy setting and court appearances.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to legal issues.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships with empathy while maintaining professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
