Duties

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including wills and trusts.
• Manage probate cases and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiate oil and gas leases on behalf of clients.
• Assist in the formation of corporations and other business entities.
• Meet with clients to discuss and facilitate personal and business planning needs.
• Adhere to all legal standards and professional regulations in the execution of duties.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.
• Strong understanding of estate planning and property law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association.
