Location
Duties
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and involved parties to gather case information.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates.
- Attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the Michigan Bar Association.
- Experience in personal injury litigation, particularly Michigan No-Fault cases.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
