A reputable law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This position will involve defending and litigating employment-related claims while providing legal guidance to employers on various labor law issues. Location:

Duties:

  • Defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
  • Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues.
  • Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and during mediations and arbitrations.
  • Handle cases related to class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 2 years of employment or commercial litigation experience.
  • Strong background in employment law preferred.
  • Current admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
  • Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures.

Education:

  • . from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
