Duties:

• Handle business transactions, including drafting LLC documents, customer and employee contracts, vendor contracts, and business sale agreements.
• Manage conflict-driven cases involving business disputes, breach of contract, and commercial collections.
• Represent clients in litigation, handling cases from pre-litigation stages to courtroom representation.
• Foster long-term client relationships and provide counsel on general business matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business litigation and transactions.
• Strong ability to draft and review business contracts and agreements.
• Excellent client relationship skills with a focus on client retention and communication.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and teamwork.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid state bar license to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
