Salary:
Estimated annual base pay: $114,400 (minimum) - $143,000 (midpoint) - $171,600 (maximum)

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert employment law and traditional labor advice to internal clients across multiple functions and geographies.
- Identify potential legal risks in employment practices and develop proactive strategies to mitigate litigation and compliance risks.
- Manage and respond to employment-related claims, including supporting lead in-house litigation counsel and outside counsel.
- Support and mentor junior legal team members and cross-functional partners in HR and compliance.

Requirements:

- . from an ABA accredited law school and admission to a . state bar.
- In-depth knowledge of . employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state-specific regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, including experience in labor negotiations and arbitrations.
- Experience with employment-related litigation and managing internal investigations.
- Exceptional judgment, business acumen, and the ability to align legal advice with organizational objectives.
