Duties
- Handle cases involving federal sector EEO, MSPB, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, employee discipline, whistleblower issues, and employment contracts.
- Manage all aspects of legal processes, including negotiations, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate directly with clients and fellow attorneys to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Engage in client development work, including fostering new and existing client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and legal writing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Bonus Experience
- Prior experience in employment litigation.
- Familiarity with NetDocuments.
- Published legal work or articles.
- Completion of a judicial clerkship.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active law license in good standing.
