The candidate will review and sign documents and pleadings. Will draft and execute documents and perform legal research. Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments. Must be in Good Standing with Wisconsin for a minimum of 5 years. Illinois Bar membership is required.
