Job Details:
- Manage complex appellate and commercial litigation cases with significant impact on financial services clients.
- Independently prepare appellate briefs, motions, pleadings, responses, and other legal documents.
- Litigate cases before New York trial and appellate courts.
- Research, draft, and analyze federal, state, and local regulations or laws.
- Develop legal strategies and provide internal and client strategy recommendations.
- Manage appellate deadlines and prepare for escalated court appearances, including hearings and appellate arguments.

Requirements:
