Job Overview:
The Technology Specialist will support the firm's patent prosecution efforts by drafting patent applications, corresponding with patent offices, advising on patent litigation matters, and conducting inventor interviews. This position requires a strong background in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or a related biotech field and a demonstrated track record in patent prosecution.
Duties:
- Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
- Correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
Requirements:
- A . in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or a biotech-related field.
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Registered before the . Patent & Trademark office.
Education & Certifications:
