Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, seeks a skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage complex litigation cases, draft legal documents, and provide strategic counsel to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Effectively communicating, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and responding to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Providing timely, accurate, and high-quality work product.
• Meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and performing required duties effectively.
• Building and maintaining positive work relationships within the firm and with external parties.
• Adhering to all firm policies and practices.
• Engaging in both physical and sedentary activities as required, including working at a computer, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings.
• Performing additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Proven experience drafting litigation documents such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others persuasively.
• Effective management skills, including robust project management capabilities.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
