• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex tax issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to tax matters.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative tax strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in tax laws and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in tax law within a reputable law firm.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and representation.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
