Law Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney with Data Breach and Privacy Class Action Experience Are you a highly motivated attorney with a passion for data breach and privacy class actions? Siri & Glimstad is looking for a proactive, self-driven, and creative attorney to join our team. If you have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, and are proficient in pleading, motion, and discovery practice, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country. Responsibilities of Litigation Attorney with Data Breach and Privacy Class Action Experience: - Evaluate and handle plaintiff-side class action matters - Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court - Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings - Manage and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff Requirements for Litigation Attorney with Data Breach and Privacy Class Action Experience: - Minimum of two (2+) years of experience with class action litigation - Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to practice law in at least one state - Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and rules - Strong writing, research, and analytical skills - Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice Compensation and Benefits for Litigation Attorney with Data Breach and Privacy Class Action Experience: - Competitive base pay of $100,000 to $180,000 per year, starting at $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience - Additional performance-based compensation for certain attorney positions - Non-discretionary and discretionary bonuses - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - 401k plan with employer match - Other benefits, such as professional development opportunities and flexible work arrangements Join a Leading Law Firm in Data Breach and Privacy Class Action Litigation Siri & Glimstad is a premier law firm specializing in data breach and privacy class action litigation.
