This position offers the opportunity to work with established and emerging sponsors of private funds, providing valuable experience in private fund formation and ongoing operational matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience on both the general partners and limited partners side of funds. As a Senior Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities for growth. K&L Gates offers a competitive base compensation of $365,000 - $435,000 per year, with the actual salary determined during the interview process based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, and market factors.
